TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Below are the terms and conditions of elleabelle designer dress hire for your perusal. Before your hire, we require a signature, and in doing so you agree to the terms and conditions/ rental agreement. These terms and conditions listed are a legally binding contract. Failure to follow the terms and conditions will result in legal action.

Payment
Full payment is required upfront - via cash or bank deposit. If choosing cash payment, the selected amount can be made upon collection of your hire dress. Alternatively, hire dresses will be available once the bank deposit has come through successfully (please provide reference number).
Cancellations
A 50% refund is offered on bookings cancelled up to 3 days prior to your requested dates of hire. Cancellations made after 3 days of hire start date will forfeit all payments made. We are sorry for the inconvenience but it is unfair to other clients wanting to hire unavailable garments.
Care & Use of Garments
Dry cleaning is including in hire costs for your convenience and due to delicacy of the items. Please do not dry clean yourself. Please take care and respect the hired dresses. Please be careful when wearing spray tans and make up as this may result in stains. If possible, please do not smoke whilst wearing the hire dress. If any damages occur during your time hiring please contact elleabelle Designer Dress Hire immediately. In the event of damages payment will be required to cover the cost of repair or, if damaged beyond repair, the full RRP to compensate for the loss.
Dress Use
The hire dress is only to be used for the one event by one person. Please also be aware that dresses may have been worn by other customers before your rental.
Receiving/Returning Hire Dress
The hire dress must be returned by the date specified to ensure enough time for dry cleaning before the next customers use. Please arrange a time to pick up/drop off the garment. Failure to return hire dress will result in a replacement fee worth the full RRP of the garment. Failure to do this will force us to engage in legal action to pursue you for collections.
Insurance
In order to protect against thieving and stolen items, we require a photo copy of your drivers license or another acceptable form of ID. This will be used to provide information to authorities if the terms and conditions are not followed and legal action is required.
